Claude H. Anthony, Jr., CFSP  (CJ) serves as Manager and Funeral Director/Embalmer here at William Toney’s Funeral Home. He was born in Oxon Hill, Maryland to Claude H. Anthony, Sr., and Rev. LaTeshia Pridgeon Anthony. Claude began his career working in the funeral industry in high school at Lea Funeral Home in Raleigh. He is a graduate of William G. Enloe High School and a graduate of Fayetteville Technical Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Funeral Service Education. Mr. Anthony is also certified by the International Conference of Funeral Examining Boards as a Nationally Certified Funeral Director and Embalmer. He is also a Licensed Life Insurance Agent in the State of North Carolina. Mr. Anthony is also a member of the Eastern District of the Funeral Directors and Morticians Association, North Carolina Funeral Directors and Morticians Association and Epsilon Nu Delta Mortuary Fraternity, Inc.  He also holds the distinction through the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice as a Certified Funeral Service Professional (CFSP). He has served throughout his funeral career with some of the most elite funeral homes in Eastern North Carolina. Claude is happily married to Dana M. Anthony, and a proud father of Saniyah N. Austin and Jeremiah H. Anthony. He is a faithful member of Raleigh North Christian Center in Raleigh, NC.
